Barista Spotlight: Canon

We’re excited to announce our employee of the month for February — Canon!

At work, Canon loves to float around to help anyone that needs a hand. It gives him the chance to get to know everyone and make their day a little more manageable.

On his own time he writes novels and poetry, which explains how fun and interesting the stories he tells at work are. He teaches martial arts and self defense to anyone that would be interested in learning.

His drink of choice is an iced salted bourbon caramel almond milk latte with a cocoa espresso shot, and caramel drizzle.
